Early Bird Discount!  Quality deck building can be completed year around in Minnesota.  Yes! that’s correct.  We build year around.   Building in the winter has it’s advantages.  Your lawn and landscaping is frozen, dormant, and snow covered, Building in winter conditions has less impact to these fragile surfaces.  Windows and doors to your home are normally closed confining the noise and dust outside.  The rest of the year you can enjoy your deck not come home to an unfinished project.

Digging footings in the winter is a simple task, regardless of the season footings in the Twin City metro area are required to be installed at a depth equal to or greater than 42″  in the summer months we have concerns of flooding from heavy rains, or ground water seepage, in the winter these are not typically considered an issue, frozen ground can easily be excavated with our equipment, the ambient ground temperature at 42″ in depth is 54 degrees, ideal conditions for concrete to cure.
